Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy that translates to "change for the better" or "continuous improvement". It focuses on making small, incremental changes to daily processes, routines, and habits to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and build a cumulative, long-term trajectory of success. The Kaizen is inspired by the Japanese approach of minimalism, simplicity and cleanliness. Visually too we have tried to recreate the typical Traditional Japanese architecture of Buddhist temples and Samurai castles such as sweeping, tiled curved roofs and ‘Torii’ gate. Torii gate is a traditional Japanese structure commonly found at the entrance to Shinto shrines. It symbolically marks the transition from the mundane, everyday world to a sacred space, representing the gateway from the physical realm into the spiritual realm..
